Prospecting professionals in France
Ralia Solutions may use contact details published for a professional activity to assess whether an offer is relevant to that activity, contact the appropriate person and manage their replies. The information concerned includes professional contact details, role, organisation, activity, public source and verification date, and correspondence history. The source used is stated in the first message. This activity relies on our legitimate interest in presenting a relevant professional offer, after checking the conditions applicable to the recipient.
This prospecting concerns only professional contacts at concierge services or private clubs. It does not target their members or clients and does not collect intimate profiles. Separate consent remains required for marketing directed at applicants and private individuals.
Commercial follow-up uses a separate CRM in Google Sheets and the Gmail account l6509600@gmail.com, with access restricted to authorised people. Inactive prospects are reviewed by a person within twelve months; information that is no longer needed is deleted, subject to applicable obligations. Retention and safeguards relating to providers and transfers must be documented; no exclusive storage location is claimed.
You may object free of charge to all Ralia prospecting by replying STOP or writing to l6509600@gmail.com. Your objection applies to Opale, ATSbreaker and Caviar Rendez-Vous. The minimum information needed to honour it is retained in an exclusion list. You may also request access, correction or deletion of your information at this address.

What we ask for, and why
We collect contact details, age, city and country to confirm you are an adult and contact you. Your intentions, dating preferences, values, lifestyle, availability and optional links support human review of your application. Free-text answers, links and lifestyle information are optional. We do not ask about your wealth.
Your sensitive information
Some preferences may reveal your sex life or sexual orientation. We request explicit consent before these questions and use them solely for private application review and matchmaking. You may stop the process or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops consent-based processing and may prevent us from continuing the service, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Purposes and bases for processing
Contact and application details are used to respond to your request and prepare a possible service. Sensitive preferences rely on explicit consent. Security and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Marketing directed at applicants and private individuals requires separate, optional and revocable consent. Prospecting professional contacts in France follows the conditions described in the dedicated section. No automatic sales follow-ups are enabled.
Access and service providers
Profiles are never public. Access is restricted to authorised Ralia / Caviar team members. Information is not shared with a potential introduction without your agreement. The site uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare hosting; the CRM and confirmation emails use Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. These providers may process information in several countries. Applicable contracts, processing regions and transfer safeguards must be verified before service launch. We do not claim exclusive data residency or any particular certification.
Your table, chosen personally
You provide a city, an optional neighbourhood, an evening style and, if you wish, a restaurant or address. You can also let Caviar choose. These preferences are reserved for our team to prepare your rendez-vous. We do not request GPS access or send this information to a restaurant API.
Retention
If enabled, your draft is stored in this tab for up to two hours and cleared after submission. You can clear it at any time. Completed applications support human follow-up. The team must review inactive profiles within twelve months and delete them or request renewed agreement if retention remains useful, subject to applicable legal duties. Retention review is human; no automatic CRM deletion is claimed.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability; object where the relevant right applies; withdraw consent; or unsubscribe from marketing. Write to the contact above. We may verify your identity proportionately. You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including the CNIL where its jurisdiction applies.
Local storage and traffic measurement
Your selected language is remembered on your device. Temporary draft storage is optional. Internal aggregate counters track journey steps without answers, email, profile, GPS or third-party marketing identifiers. An hourly technical network fingerprint limits abuse and expires at the end of the hourly window. No third-party advertising tracker is embedded. The hosting platform may use its own technical access mechanisms.
